a lot of people asked me to post the recipe, so here it is.
i rarely cook with recipes so i don't have any information for you about the amounts you'll need. but since you have a photo you can probably imagine how much of everything you will need for the portion you want to make. not every ingredient i used may be available in your country, so if something doesn't work, just improvise
for the fruit sauce
-3/4 strawberries, 1/4 raspberries (better frozen than fresh, it's simply more convenient)
-a little bit of lemon juice so the fruits will keep their colour
for the cream:
-i used quark, a german kind of cream cheese, but you can as well use mascarpone or cream cheese
mash the fruits to prepare the sauce, then prepare the cream and make layers in a flat bowl. the sauce should be on top of the ladyfingers, so they can soak the juice up. use grated white chocolate for the topping.
